Capital Consulting International (CCi) is a specialist project management and claims consultancy serving the global insurance market. For more than 20 years, CCi has provided expert support on some of the world’s largest and most complex insurance claims.

CCi were already the market leader in providing independent time, cost and engineering services across multiple market sectors. In order to grow they had to expand their service provision.

The Secantor business director recognised that to do this effectively, quickly and well, CCi needed to acquire an established business with compatible skills.

Secantor worked closely with CCi to plan and execute the transaction. As a “people business” it was essential to get the integration right from outset to maximise opportunities.

Secantor also helped to manage the integration of services and cultural fit to ensure that the acquisition was a success for the business, staff and clients.

The new CCi already has projects that utilise the skills of both businesses, with many more in the pipeline.
